About Us

In December of 1996 Kim Griesmann, Bill Schultz and David Milne opened Diamond Graphics, Inc. with a Used 29" Heidelberg Press, Guillotine Cutter and a PMC Die cutter a dream to become a large scale plastic card printer.

Sales were hard to come by for the first few years and operations were on month to month basis.  Perseverance, hard work, and a dedication to customer service began to pay off as the company began to attract a loyal customer base.

When the company moved into card personalization in 1998, sales escalated as Diamond found a new market niche.  The company has since seen large increases in sales topping $20,000,000 in 2010.

Currently, Diamond Graphics, Inc. is a total solution card printer providing the telecommunication, stored value, and direct marketing industries best in class cards at competitive prices.  Employing nearly 100 people from our brand new 60,000 square foot building in Ramsey Minnesota, we produce approximately 500,000,000 cards per year.

Diamond's well trained team of professionals use state-of-the-art equipment to control all aspects of your card needs including pre-press, printing, cutting, personalization, affixing, mailing, and packaging all under one roof.  This allows us to provide ultimate security protecting our customers' sensitive and proprietary marketing programs, art designs, data records, and reputation.

Our customers include most all nationally recognized retail customers.  Nevertheless, we also provide service to smaller and midsized customer with the same enthusiasm as our larger customers.  We are truly dedicated to our customer's success!

Diamond has consistently reinvested in excess of $1,000,000 per year into new equipment for the operation for the last 7 years.  As a result, we are always adding new capabilities which we can then offer to our customers.

In 2009 we added a Sanwa Die cutter so that we could Die cut larger plastic cards, thus keeping the die cutting in-house so that we could maintain our high quality standards.

In 2010, we added a Xeikon high speed digital printing press, roll laminator and rotary die cutter so that we could start producing the teslin loyalty cards which are used by the majority of retailers across the country.  At present, we are one of the largest teslin producers in the United States.

It follows that now in 2011, we are adding a new 6 Color Man Roland UV press.  This again, will add to the products that we can offer to our customers, as well as provide equipment redundancy and increase printing capacity.

Diamond strives to have the best customer service in the market along with strong quality control procedures in our production and data processing departments.  Our dedicated customer service people are committed to helping manage all your projects and get your work out on time.
